Terms of Service — CueHeroes
By creating an account or using CueHeroes ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please don't use the app.
1. The service
CueHeroes lets you score snooker matches, run and join tournaments, track statistics, and connect with other players. It is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. This is an independent, community/learning project, not affiliated with any official snooker body.
2. Your account
- You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
- You are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, harass, or impersonate others; submit false match results to manipulate rankings; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service; or use the app for anything unlawful.
4. User content
You retain ownership of the content you submit (e.g. your name, match data). You grant us a licence to store and display it as needed to operate the app (for example, showing match results to opponents and in rankings).
5. Tournaments & fees
Tournament "entry fee" amounts shown in the app are informational only and are arranged offline between organisers and players. CueHeroes does not process payments and is not responsible for any money exchanged between users.
6. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Disclaimer & liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CueHeroes is provided without warranties, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the "last updated" date will change. Continued use means you accept the changes.
