Delete your account

You can permanently delete your CueHeroes account and associated data at any time.

From the app

• Open CueHeroes and sign in.
• Go to Profile.
• Tap Delete account and confirm.

This permanently removes your account, profile, friends, match history, and personal data. It cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

Email support@naazware.com from your registered email address and we will delete your account and data within 30 days.

What we delete

• Account credentials and profile (name, username, email, phone).
• Matches, tournaments, friends, and social activity tied to your account.
• Push notification tokens.
